Professional Liability

Professional Liability, Errors & Omissions Insurance, is designed to protect traditional professionals (e.g., accountants, attorneys) and quasi-professionals (e.g., real estate brokers, consultants) against liability incurred as a result of negligence in performing their professional services. The coverage focuses on alleged failure to perform on the part of, financial loss caused by, and error or omission in the service or product sold by the policyholder. Although there are a few exceptions (e.g., physicians, architects, and engineers), most professional liability policies only cover economic or financial losses suffered by third parties, as opposed to bodily injury (BI) and property damage (PD) claims, because the latter two types of loss are typically covered under commercial general liability (CGL) policies. Professional liability insurance policies are generally set up based on a claims-made basis, meaning that the policy only covers claims made during the policy period.

We offer a broad range of insurance coverage; however, we will not make any recommendations until we get to know you and your specific business needs.  Only then will we be in a position to provide you with options.
